RMA

USE OF THE RMA DOCUMENT

All customer complaints for after-sales repair are treated by the GILLAM-FEi SAV department. In case of failure of a GILLAM-FEi product, our after sale service will repair or replace the failed unit.

For that purpose, the customer shall send a « Request for Return Material Autorisation » (RMA document, see Annex) by mail or by fax to GILLAM-FEi in order to receive a reference number. Upon reception of the RMA number, the customer can send back the concerned unit. Once the part is received, GILLAM-FEi takes care of the customer’s proprietary. For the correct follow up and in order to avoid the loss or damage of the product, the parts are clearly identified, verified and protected in appropriate conditions. Should the entire damaged part be replaced, the customer will be informed through the repair report.

On request, the Customer may also receive a “Failure Analysis and Corrective Action form » that consists of the fully completed RMA form (items 6 and 7)

The related after sales service document « RMA » is provided in annex.

The purpose of this form is to track the possible non-conformities of the theGILLAM-FEi products that the Customer intends to send back for repair purpose. With this joint collaboration we will enhance the quality and communication between yourselves and GILLAM-FEi.
